We have all read or heard the news about new development issues:
* due to costs being too high to make it finacially viable for the developer to proceed, they either cancel all the pre-sale contracts or you have to pay more money.
* Does it come with a parking stall - are you sure?? it could be a 99yrs lease!!
* What happens when the project is delayed for 6 months or more??
Having an experienced professional realtor to help you with the details of your pre-sale purchase will be a huge benefit to you and it does not cost you anything!!
At the very least consult a lawyer and show them the developer's Sales contract!!
