Bank Pulls funding for Jameson House
With the construction under way and a 7 storey deep hole at the corner of Hornby & West Hastings, news has come that the Jameson House development is on hold due to the withdrawl of bank funding.
With pre-sales of 105 of the 144 upscale suites buyers have committed ove $300M to the project through deposits ranging from 15-25%. Jameson development is looking for another investor or to sell the project.
